The Bell Legacy
Our Living History
Greatness
Alexander The Great conquered nations, while Alexander Graham Bell connected nations through telecommunications. A.G. Bell, the inventor of the telephone, inspired the name of the American Bell Telephone Company that dominated telecommunications for over 100 years.
Legendary
James George Bell travelled to the American Pacific Coast and founded the City of Bell and inspired the City of Bell Gardens. His son, Alphonzo Bell Sr., discovered oil and founded the City of Bel-Air, and developed Bel-Air Estates and Hotel Bel-Air. Originally built on 60 acres of gardens, the timeless, legendary Hotel Bel-Air is known as a luxurious oasis of sophisticated enchantment, planted in continuously-blooming flowers.
Iconic Presence
Bel-Air set the stage for 'The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air', referred to as one of the greatest sitcoms of all time, dominating the American scene, and being a vehicle for a new Musical and Hollywood star. The Bell Influence spans from the Chevrolet Bel-Air, a full-size car produced by Chevrolet, to the Liberty Bell, an iconic symbol of American Independence.
Overcometh
The American Founding Fathers overcame tyranny for their independence. Since, the Liberty Bell has appeared on several U.S. postage stamps, including the first forever stamp, because the symbol was most representative of the nation's independence. The Bell's composition has been used to produce and transmit sounds, as it's imagery has been used in global campaigns and appears on American currency. The Liberty reference to Leviticus reflects the contemporaneous practice of assigning unique qualities to bells that reflected their particular composition and casting.

White Elephant Sales
As people can prefer different types of vacations, kitsch can correspond to different forms of memory. Memories can be fragile, overbearing, or persistently unique; thus giving rise to different layers of intensities and experiences. Reliving these memories can be nostalgic or melancholic, with the value and purpose being in the eye of the beholder. If perceived as a White Elephant, one or many may be willing to destroy everything without knowing what they actually destroyed, or its utopian possibilities.
